Are the blankets machine washable?

Yes! Our woven blankets are completely machine washable. We recommend:

What image quality do you need for photo blankets?

For best results, we recommend high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) in JPEG or PNG format. The clearer and higher quality your source image, the better your finished blanket will look.

How long does production take?

Since each blanket is made to order, production typically takes 4-8 business days. This made-to-order approach ensures quality and reduces waste.

What are your shipping options and costs?

  • United States: $10.00 for first item, $3.00 for each additional item
  • International: $20.00 for first item, $5.00 for each additional item

When will I receive my order?

Total delivery time is production time (4-8 business days) plus shipping time. Most customers receive their orders within 10-14 business days from order placement.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Once your blanket ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States and internationally. Due to varying international regulations, some restrictions may apply to certain countries.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Since production begins quickly on made-to-order items, order modifications may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes, and we'll do our best to accommodate you if the blanket hasn't entered production.

We do not recommend ironing your woven blanket. The texture and weave pattern are designed to be naturally beautiful without pressing.

How long do the blankets last?

With proper care, your woven blanket will last for years. The woven construction ensures the design won't fade or deteriorate like printed alternatives, and the cotton-poly blend is built for durability.

Returns & Quality

What is your return policy?

Since all our blankets are personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We stand behind our quality and will work with you to resolve any issues.

If you receive a blanket that doesn't meet our quality standards or if there was an error in production, please contact us immediately. We will work to make it right, including reprints or refunds when appropriate.
